To me the nose shadow, does just as i said.
Also the bright spot/ shiney highlighted nose tip helps the tip of her nose blend right in with the side of her nose, creating the illusion of the nose being larger than it is.
Now if you like that, okay cool. But to me, I would avoid that. And after talking with MUAs shineyness on the nose, cheeks and forehead, are a no no for portraiture. But, I am sure you know much better than those pesky know it all makeup artists so, dont bother. lol just keep the ego stroking going. [thumbup]
But to me, I think you did that lovely lady a dis-service by over looking those details to which you would be so critical of, on other's pics.
