Personally, I find Versus mode is where it's at - I only play campaign if a friend wants to play it.
The rumour mill apparently suggests that there may be a content update sometime this month.
this game plays awesome on the 360. The controls are extremely tight and fast moving. XboxLive plus freinds list make it really easy to get in a game with freinds instead of randoms. I usually have 4 or 5 freinds playing at any given time.Edit: Tho if you played it on the Xbox 360, I guess I kinda understand you. It's so hectic that I wouldn't even want to try it on a gamepad
Advanced or Expert with 4 team players is absolutely epic! It's definately the best co-op game of all time. I've played a lot of fun vs. too. I do agree this game's replay value isn't limitless like something like TF2, COD4, BF2, but there is a lot of fun in Left4Dead. I played it every night for about a week before I moved on to Fallout3, and even now I'm longing for some good Left4Dead action. I rented it as a trial, definately going to buy it when it drops to $30 or $40.
Also, the game is perfect for add on content. I'd venture they're working on another Act as we speak.
