Are you one of the people that have a gigantic amount of stuff on it, or do you prefer keeping it clean with nearly nothing/or nothing on it except your wallpaper ?

Not a single icon. Occasionally I may put something there to remind me, but that's it.
I run it with a single row of icons down both the right and left sides.

Four icons, This Comp, Network, Garbage and IE. I used to have a lot of **** but when I got to know windows have to load them up everytime I start I didnt want that even though I keep it 24/7 on more than ever but still..
I have just one folder on my desktop for temporary stuff. Other than that, it's totally clean.
2 icons in the top left corner.
Just one icon, the recycle bin in the bottom right corner.
