Seems ok so far.

Graphics are quite nice in places but a bit too jaggy and some poor textures. I actually think TR: Legend had better textures than this game! The environemts have a large scale to them though and the framerate is good.

The gameplay is similar to TR: Legend and Anniversary but with expanded moves. The camera seems to crap out at the worst possible moments though. I can be running in a straight line towards an edge and just as i'm about to jump the camera twitches to the side, causing me to completley miss the ledge and go plummeting to my death. [cursing]

I was pretty set on buying this before but now i might have to wait for some reviews to see of the problems are fixed.

Just finished playing through the demo and thoroughly enjoyed it [thumbup]

I do see what you mean about the camera though, it can be a bit of a pain. It took me a while to get "in the tomb raider zone", so to speak, as I haven't played and TR game for quite some time, but after a little while I was leaping around and grabbing ledges like I'd never been away.

This one feels a lot like a more like a Tomb Raider game should, compared to some of the others in that it has a similar feel to the original, albeit with a slew of new fancy moves and possibilities. Might consider picking this up when it comes out. I'll be very interested to see how the Wii version pans out too as the Wii-mote could make it into something quite special if done properly.

I think the graphics are real nice, the physics is better (Lara's hair moves brilliantly), but the camera totally spazzes out at times - much more than I remember than in the previous two, which is most upsetting.

I myself was quite impressed with the textures on show, the only thing I noticed was Lara doesn't look as wet as she did in Anniversary when she's just got out of the water. Oh, and also the flickering self-shadows on Lara; Why must this generation of games get plagued by this so much!!! Overall I think its a good treat for the eyes in more ways than one.

I liked the environment - a heck of a lot more detailed, and Lara's movements look a lot more fluid too.

In fact, I like everything about it so far but the camera! Oh, and the script-writing, which I never cared about beforehand.

M$ paid them to have exclusive DLC for the 360 as well as a demo ONLY for the 360 as well.

For a franchise that started off on playstation it sure is a sad day. M$ you sicken me, you give me so many RROD's and drive failures and now you deny me playing a demo or getting any of the DLC you keep it only for your broken piece of rubbish console. Get it sorted!
