My intel setup got me 16,500 just over clocked the cpu to 3.8 450FSB (for some reason can not turn of the throttling though) and I it can go higher of course.

16200, parts in sig..
You in SLI ? Your score is pretty much the same as mine. What is your OC and on the card?

I don't have a Quad core cpu yet...but with my slightly OC'd c2d e6600 @ 2.9Ghz I'm at around 12k 3dmark6 varies depending on resolutions.
GPU's also underclocked, havn't bothered trying to turn it up yet, but I hear its the cpu that effects the score in a major way.
I'm not that bothered about getting it any higher than that, games run fine enough to not have to turn down settings to gain fps (cod4, fear).
Broke the 16.5K the other day...score in sig. I see a great deal of improvement in SLI and especially with true 16x 2.0 bus speeds. Those 8800gt's get warm, but they are great![thumbup]congrats on your score.
obtw---3DMark06 shows I am running like at 3.8, but it is only at 3.4 ghz on the Q6600
Just built my new system and scored New System did not oc the video card yet.....the video card i have had a while. I just got the Q6600 moved over from an AMD 4400+ :)

bump, my intel system in sig.
still need to rebench with newer drivers/higher cpu clocks...
just lazy
So is there anything i could do to break 15k? Or do I just need to OC a weee bit more?
