My intel setup got me 16,500 just over clocked the cpu to 3.8 450FSB (for some reason can not turn of the throttling though) and I it can go higher of course.

You in SLI ? Your score is pretty much the same as mine. What is your OC and on the card?

I don't have a Quad core cpu yet...but with my slightly OC'd c2d e6600 @ 2.9Ghz I'm at around 12k 3dmark6 varies depending on resolutions.
GPU's also underclocked, havn't bothered trying to turn it up yet, but I hear its the cpu that effects the score in a major way.
I'm not that bothered about getting it any higher than that, games run fine enough to not have to turn down settings to gain fps (cod4, fear).
Broke the 16.5K the other day...score in sig. I see a great deal of improvement in SLI and especially with true 16x 2.0 bus speeds. Those 8800gt's get warm, but they are great![thumbup]congrats on your score.
obtw---3DMark06 shows I am running like at 3.8, but it is only at 3.4 ghz on the Q6600
I didn`t have any problems o/c my E8500 to 4.5 but I use ULTRA chill tech to cool it down, multip. was set to 9.5 and mem. was set to: 1:1, 5-5-5-12.

Well I my specs have changed a bit but my GTS/512 score is below.. I am working with a 4850 currently and it's stock score with no cpu overclocks is 11981
New score in sig, almost 14K. Just recently upgraded to an e8400 setup coming from an Opty 170. So far so good, havent pushed it yet.
My score first run was 22593, sm2.0 8554, sm3.0 11308,cpu 5984
