MEDION AKOYA MD 8828 Blu-ray PC!! -Anyone got one?

Hi,I saw this monster entertainment/gaming PC before Xmas advertised on the net and paper's at 629 with 3 year warranty -

    http://www.medion.de/md8828/uk/flash.html

I've checked my local Aldi, only place selling them, where they still have some instock, but after researching this model on the medion forum and other web-site's,their seem's too be one big problem with it.The noise of the hard drive is supposed too be unbearable, lot's taking them back as the noise was just way too loud, some claiming louder than a 747 jumbo-jet taking off at times, anyway's other's claim that the Vista OS cause's the noise on most PC's with Vista, compared too almost slient XP users,is this true,is Vista really so stressful on the HD compared too XP,Also anyone think this PC is still really good deal after a few months Now.Thank's in advance.

One possible reason for the HD noise is Vista's Superfetch feature which after a couple of days settles down.

As for the pc as a whole package it would of been better if it had a quad core + better graphics. Just seems like a middle of the road pc with abit of tinsel stuck on
