WTF is with this laptop RAM?

So I went over to a friend's house and ran CPUZ to figure out what kind of RAM he needs. The laptop was a custom built Pentium M 1.7. Can someone please tell me what kind of RAM is needed as a replacement? I don't understand why the builder would have put PC2300 in the system if it is 3:4 FSB DRAM?? [help]Does he need DDR1 or DDR2? Can someone help me read this CPUZ printout?

Dothan in a 855PM/GM northbridge is 400 MHz FSB, but it is asynchronous with RAM speed which is 333 MHz - i.e. PC2700.
PC3200 will also work, but if the PC2700 is cheaper, then buy that instead.
