I have the V2000B Plus and it has the same wheels at the V1000. So to answer your question yes you can remove the wheels but the whole mechanism comes off not just the wheels themselves.

    easy to remove.

still - they are very handy, unless the case was on a desk(!) you're unlikely to see much of them.

taking them off probably wouldnt be a plan unless you added some rubber feet or something else to keep the case off the floor, the PSU sucks in air from a vent on the bottom of the case.

Yeah don't want to be blocking that at this time of year.

I'm sure it'd be fine without, the psu exhausts air from bottom section which is supplied fresh air by the front intake.

lian li's diagram shows the PSU intaking air from the bottom grille, and exhausting it in the standard way, out the back.

the way its sectionalized, i think obstructing the bottom vents would be a bad idea.

Most people remove that divide in the base tho... Lian-li made it rediculously small resulting in most slightly extended PSUs being too tight to fit so those like Tagan's will not fit - so most mods i've seen simply remove the little divide. Expecially as a PSU exhausts I cant see it effecting things in the lower section too badly.

Got mine last week and i love it. I got the plus which also has a exhaust fan near the videocard which is kinda cool. Wheels could get annoying sometimes, but they dont bother me too much. When i find some feet ill replace them.
