Sorry guys but we have been busy with the new ORB and all other more minor updates/features have been on hold.

Forget about it mate support is only for new users [thumbdown]
i know it sounds silly but its all i see at the moment
user A 4 years at FM 1000 posts (not that that matters) gets NO answer.
user B just signed in 1 post (not that that matters) gets a answer right away.
I really have no idea what is up with this new policy but its crap!
I've found iut to be opposite, where older users expect things done pretty instantly, and when an answer is given to why there has been delays, its thrown back as lies. This attitude has to stop, becuase I am getting sick and tired of it.
New Users vs Old Users is completely wrong. If we can answer a question, we will answer it no matter how old that member has been here. We've said all along, the length of someone being here means nothing to us, you are all on equal grounds.
You must understand, that because you have only heard of hte new ORB recently, it doesnt meant its only been in development for a short time. Things need reprogramming etc etc and something as little as a MO Skin or "My Post" features takes bottom priority. Its not that its stopping you from doing anything; its a nicety feature.
To give you more of an update though, I believe the forum software is due for an upgrade to the latest revision, and during that time of upgrade, we will try to implement as many of the requests that are feasibly possible during that upgrade time.
What are you moaning about now, SnW? Every user is treated equally here, be it support or otherwise.
I give up !
sorry for moaning......
EDIt al tho This ! this thread is a good example ,
not a single ADMIN nor STAFF has replied in there,
if you don't know the answer isn't it nice if you say so in that thread ?
Just wondering, i am aware... i am a bit bitcy lately my excuse for that !!![]()

Let's see... the time frame given was "as soon as jaamo has time". That does not mean "in a couple of weeks", it doesn't mean "in a couple of years", it means "as soon as jaamo has time". Time is also relative and so is "having time".
Having time is also influenced by the importance of what needs to be done. While "My posts" is a useful addition, it's nothing more than a convenience feature because the functionality is already available. How important do you think it is?
We're now approaching 3 months since it was suggested. So you're overreacting a wee bit, don't you think?
And SnW, there will be a time when just adding "sorry" to your posts won't do the trick anymore.

Do you think the staff and/or admin read every single thread? And how do you suppose a thread of "hmmm low score?" is going to attract a staff member's attention anyway?
Quite frankly, I'm get rather tired of the attitude of "I've been here a long time, so I can moan about everything and say whatever I like" - it's fair enough to mention one's concerns but to do so repeatedly is tantamount to disruption of the forum. If you really don't like this place, then stop using the forum - it's as simple as that.
