I can understand your frustration but there's no need to be snappy. Firstly, I'm not part of the support team; secondly, staff can't always instantly respond to a thread - there aren't support members constantly on the forum, looking to aid people (as it's not the official support section).
Thirdly, one simply cannot offer specific help without specific details - all the OP has stated is that he/she cannot submit. Well, other people have and quite a lot of them too:
Over 8000 projects were submitted in the last 24 hours, so it's clearly not a global issue. As in all cases where there is a problem, full details have to be submitted to see if there any patterns or known unresolved cases.
