Full System for £400-450

I've got a mate that wants a decent'ish desktop system for about £400-450 without a monitor.

Would prefer a ready made system rather than DIY.

I'm trying to find him one, but having no luck so far, needs a decent graphics card etc.

If anyone has any ideas that would be great.

This one aint bad, then add whatever viddy card BUT also consider a PSU upgrade as the one inside isnt exactly hardcore...
