    Wii - Green screen?!

Well, this isnt good! I just downloaded Super Mario Bros via the VC, started it up and was greated with this screen...

And when i press the home button, i can see the background....

I am running the Wii via a component cable, but i cant see that being a problem...

Every other game plays fine, not a problem at all.... Any ideas?

Hmmm, this is slightly different than my problem, with me the screen just blanks out, as if it can't read the signal coming from the Wii, have u tried setting the Wii to 50/60hz instead of 480p or switching to 4:3 ratio, if none of those work then you'll have to switch cables like I sadly still have to do.

I run my Wii at 480p through the Madcatz Component cables but when i start up a game from the virtual console it just automatically switches to 576i. Strange that some of you have this problem.

Thats the same one i have... Other VC gams are fine, Mario 64 etc, but not this one...

Is there any way (apart from changing over the cables), that i can get this working? Ive tried in 50, 60 and 480i.... no joy in either....

Nintty need to get his sorted! Or there is gonna be some unhappy bunnies.... and im one of them!

I think, that's the main problem here. Some monitors/TVs get confused because of this. Don't know, why it doesn't happen with all 576i games
