Getting "full R14 set" as in, R9 standard, R11 mount, R12/13 armor, R14 weapon(s) should be a bit "harder" than before, excluding the fact that now you don't have to play 10h+/day 3 months in a row, but for example just going for R14 weapon(s) is easier than before.
