I know this site is legit for buying games. But has anyone ever bought Windows 8.1 Pro? It's Under $20 https://www.g2a.com/windows-8-profes...ey-global.html
"Microsoft Windows 8.1 Professional 32/64 Bit CD-KEY GLOBAL" I was gonna buy it for spare pc since its so cheap. Thx
When you see something like this chances are they're selling MSDN keys (which are not for resale). So no, it's not legitimate. It will probably still work, mind you, but it's not legitimate.
They are VLM/MSDN keys that have been pirated. They usually activate for 30 days and then on day 31 they go belly up. Calling Microsoft with help re-activating the key will just compound the misery as they will just tell you that you are not authorized to use the key and ask for your business/corporation MSDN subscription info. If you used a credit card to purchase the key I would suggest you call your bank/CC company and have a fraud watch placed on your card as their "company" is home based in Russia.
They are selling fake keys, I know it because I've acquired one and it doesn't work, not only into activation process. The key provided to me even didn't work into off-line clean installation. It is a scam. I have opened since weeks ago a ticket with his Marketplace Complaint Department and today they don't want to refund or give me a valid key. Don't buy any kind of windows key for g2a.com, you'll lose your money (I've paid with Paypal just in case)
