Been saying Episode 3 was HL3 on Source Engine 2 since 2009, so I'm holding all my "I called it" images for when it turns out I was right /smug

Uhhh... That seems to be a bit of a hopeful assumption more than anything else? I imagine those games are indeed in development, but I wouldn't consider an engine in development to be proof of that.

You would be right, however for Valve to produce both of those games on the newer engine is akin to printing money.
