The further into eastern Europe you go, the more the highway code becomes guidelines rather than a set of rules to abide by.

primary was the truck driver turning into the path of the car, but the car was also traveling rather quickly (not how it closed on the whte car in front) and semed to be slow to react to the truck moving into it's way.
