Formatted and installed Windows 8 last night. I personally don't think it's to bad really. Getting rid of the Start menu does not bother me much. I'm still clicking the bottom left of my desktop, and then have all my programs there for me. I have removed all the apps from Metro, just not interested in them, and the apps are without a doubt aimed towards tablets and phones.

Quite pleased with it at the moment. Nothing amazing though.
