I am guessing that some was using Intel nand chip, Toshiba nana chip, and some are using Micron. Looking at this chart:

The RST 11.5 alpha drivers (11.5.0.1149) are out and they are giving noticable gains for a lot of people including one of my backup rigs with two Vertex 3 Max IOPS in raid 0. I gained about 15-18% across the board in ATTO. Unfortunately these drivers do not have the TRIM support in them; intel says the next release will. Keep in mind they are alpha drivers and they have caused issue for some so load them knowing they can cause issues and heartache. Fernando has a set he put together with the drivers and eRST control panel that work together and is the one I am using.

Would you tell me if having 2x Crucial m4 128gb w/ latest firm and getting 400-450mb on write and 950-980 in read it's ok? The mobo is an asrock extreme 4m
