    Infuriating Superhub problem

    Hi All!
WOW! I havent been here for ages! the place loooks nice - keep it up!

Anyway I'm having a major issue at the minute and Ive looked everywhere and tried everything I could find but to no avail.

Several times a day, the network gets the little yellow triangle and the default gateway becomes unavailable and means I lose internet connectivity. At the same time, other devices (xbox ipod etc) are continuing to work normally.

I have to click on the network icon and select troubleshoot for it to be fixed.

This is happening more and more frequent. Its taken me around 3 connections just to write this post!

Anyone got any ideas? im on win7 64 and I have a Realtek PCI gibabit network card (brand new, the built in LAN has same issue, hence the new one!)

Its driving me round the bend!

    Cheers :)

    Hey dude thnx for replying.

Do a malware/virus scan as it sounds like you picked up a DoS style infection.

It's not a bad idea to swap out cables to eliminate that as a cause. With both the onboard and lancard doing the same thing it could very well be a bad cable..
Hi guys and thanks again for replying. I will try a new cable! I think ive tried everything else suggested (virus scan, latest drivers for network card etc)

Strange but it seems to be happening almost instantly when utorrent is on. the rest of the time I could be an hour before it goes down......?

    Re: Infuriating Superhub problem

Your problems arise from running 300mbps mode, the superhub is incapable of running it stable. You need to change the superhub to run @ 144mbps. Also change the wireless channel from auto either 1, 6 or 11. You can use inssider ( google it ) to find the best with least interferance.
