Price Check - xbox 360 + kinect + hd dvd

I'd like to hear some price checks, what you would think is fair for the following (in USD$ please.) Just never use it anymore, its basically only for when my nephews come over that's about it, and now they'd rather play computer games than xbox.

Hmm does not seem worth it to sell, can range between $150-300 on ebay for similar type packages as mine. I'll just keep it for Madden.

I mean a Kinect Bundle (Adventures + Kinect and 360) brand new is 250$.
