    Yeah it's a very nice mobo. Someone at XS has ripped that hunk o junk apart to test whether they could get better temps without it. Turns out it actually helps chipset temps and the fan is pretty quiet too.

    I also like the PCI-E slot spacing - similar to the P6T deluxe, great for two cards.

    It is nicely priced at NEWEGG only $239 (in stock FREE 2-Day Shipping).

    My decision to build a new rig in September starts to crumble. Why wait? If Nvidia releise GTX 685 (gk110) I will do it.

    You should get that mobo now, pair it with a Sandy/Ivy and maybe even get a custom GTX680. $1000 is all you need vid card included much less if you sell your existing setup now. The GTX685 won't be coming out until October.

    I have a i7 2600k in this overclocked to a modest 4.6Ghz.

    Board itself stays in the 28-29 degrees range.

    I mainly dislike Asus brands because of bad experience and the extremely high pricetag in my country but thats one awesome board!
