Thinking about getting a GTX 680 - quick question

Your cpu is plenty, overclock it some though . I run my 930 @ 4GHz with the 680. Diablo III beta runs great! (then again it runs great on much much less.)

You have a quite power in your rig. 680 will just shine.

You're fine, could stand to OC your CPU though, depending on the game. I'm running an i7 920 @ 3.8ghz and it's plenty enough for a GTX 680 or 2... The trouble you'll have at least I'm guessing within the next week or two is finding any GTX 680's. I'm still trying to get a 2nd one.
