I had my first 2 day hangover in a long time from thursday, was at a funeral in the day then started drinking at the wake at about 3pm and finished at 4am. Only just starting to feel reasonable again today. Although, it didn't help that it was with all my old jujitsu club so there were a lot of drunken grappling fights which just added to the overall pain levels over the last couple of days.

I won't be doing that again for while!! Or, I could start drinking something other than spirits but I hate beer and cider is just meh....

You can not refrain from alcohol alone. You need Jesus, without him, you are nothing.

A couple of Advil, a B vitamin complex, and a half gallon of water before bed always seem to be my hangover cure. However, if I pass out before doing so, my next day is absolutely ****ed.
