Let's hope Crysis 3 will be more like first installment graphic vise.
Crysis 1 was more a tech demo than a game. 2 was worse though.

I regard Crysis as one of the best FPS games I've played. Crysis 2 was alright but disappointing.

Can't help feeling excited for this one but I won't get my hopes up. I really wish they'll move away from the urban environments a bit and make the story less confusing, not to mention polishing the PC version properly this time.

Actually the original Crysis isn't all that bad but you need to have max detail 60fps+ capable hardware to really appreciate the gameplay. Crysis 2 on the other hand is **** - its gameplay and graphics are worse that the first one, not surprising really as it was mainly coded for consoles and later ported to PC.

You'd think EA would have learned their lesson after BF3. Without Steam, sales of BF3 on PC were abysmal.

actually crysis 2 wasn't that bad either. you realize that once you see past all the "it's not set in the jungle and doesn't eat hardware for breakfast" hype and play it for what it is - a fun and engaging shooter with decent though not revolutionary graphics (although with high res textures and dx11 patch it looks pretty damn good)

HOLY ****. Crysis 2 was ****ing PUKE and they are going to release another hairy turd?

Why the HELL would you use a bow and arrow? Does the nanosuit have MAXIMUM time travel to the medieval era?

Another piece of ****, everyone should avoid this and avoid EA like the plague. I'm never buying another EA game.

I really enjoyed the first game and warhead, far more than just a tech demo

Agreed. There was a huge story and I usually replay Crysis everytime I get a new video card. And every time that experience gets even smoother. Excellent pumping-up soundtrack as well. It's almost time for my next replay with the advent of the GTX 680's and soon 685.

Exactly! Astonishing graphic, some great maps, and smooth game play. True it was the card killer low fps runner, but could (mods/patches) run great on SLI and CF.
