What is a good freeware file sync program for USB drives?

I have 1GB + datafiles that I transfer so it would be too slow to use dropbox.

Initial transfer would be slow but incremental should be as speedy as your internet connection.
Just a thought.

Microsoft Synctoy. It's free and I use it for USB drive sync, HDD backup, Dropbox Sync etc..

I use it to sync my NAS device to my backup device. Been using it for a while now.

There is also an alternative as well. http://synkron.sourceforge.net/ A few options that Freefilesync doesn't have. But FFS has some things that Synkron doesn't have that I use.
