    Not anywhere in the warranty does it state you will receive a new card, so your complaint is moot.

    I'd say fair IF the card was fixed before it came out. I see a lot of refurbs that they don't test enough to see the issue so they just send it back out. You litterally have 10x the chance at getting a bad device versus new.

    I could imagine. They couldn't get mine to repro and it looked fine. So I had to go into detail on how exactly the issue works and took a day to get it to do it.

    That card may have been sent back out to someone
