Nope, since your "readiness" is 50% without MP. That value gets chopped in half.
lets say you have 5000; that becomes 2500

For the "best" ending you'll need 4000+ (depending if Anderson dies 5000+)
I have 5400 without any DLC, so i would need todo MP till i hit 95% [cursing]

Oh I get that but im just on about the bar it self. I was able to fill it without the dlc and mp.

You can fill the bar without MP. the ending however is depending on the readiness value

I read the rest of it. A modded file is what is looking for. Which I don't even know how to mod it.
