    Upgrade 8800GTS 512 in 4yr old PC. ~$200?

So, I'm looking to finally upgrade my 8800GTS 512 in my living room HTPC. GPU is still working alright for most tasks, but it's time for something a bit newer with DX11. The rest of my system is pretty much maxed and I plan to upgrade to an LGA2011 Mobo/CPU/RAM later this year.

    Currently, i'm running:
    MB: ASUS P5Q (Intel P45)
    CPU: C2Q Q9550 (stock)
    RAM: 8GB DDR2/800 (4x2GB)
    GPU: EVGA 8800GTS 512
    SSD: Crucial M4 128GB
    HDD: WD Black 1TB
    PSU: Antec Earthwatts 500w
    OS: Win7 Pro x64

I don't game nearly as much as I used to, but I do have this system connected to my 1080P TV in my living room. As such, I'd like to new video card to be (nearly) silent at idle and not terribly loud under load. I also run F@H on both CPU and GPU, so stability under load is pretty important as well. I'd like to keep the current 500w PSU for now at least, so something that doesn't use too much power would be ideal.

Looking to keep the cost to around $200usd or so.

    Any recommendations?

I think you should be able to find a gtx 560 ti for that price now, would be a good choice.
