are you saying super 8 had a good story?? I liked the beginning of the movie, but then it turned absolutely ridiculous. Star Trek reboot was okay. I like Ridly Scott movies though.Originally Posted by cleeve
You can tell it has no plot from the trailer, eh? And considering it's directed by Ridley Scott of Alien and Blade Runner fame, and written by Damon Lindelof who wrote LOST and contributed to Super 8 and the Star Trek reboot, I'd say you're dead wrong

i think ridley scott hit a pretty awesome peak with blade runner and alien.. i liked gladiator, too.
on the flipside he did make gi jane and a good year, and something made him think orlando bloom was a good actor (wrong).
super8 could have been much improved if it had contained ridley scotts geiger alien.
