The time has come.. (advice please)

Welp, it looks like my god ole' SAMSUNG SP2504C 250GB hard drive is beginning to die. I've used it in every one of my builds so far, so it's a bit of a nostalgic moment, but right now I need to figure out what I'm going to do to replace it.

I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction as to what I should shop for. I'm looking to have at least 500GB space, and I use my machine mostly for gaming. My budget is ideally less than $100. Any ideas?

    Thanks!

This should end up being the fastest HDD you can get for $100, and if you don't require that much space, no need to get a 1TB hard drive when speed > space.
That built in NAND 4GB can give it SSD like speeds.
