With the imminent release of the iPad 3 and my need to always have the latest revision, I am selling my iPad 2.

It is in pristine condition and I have all original packaging that came with it. In fact I haven’t even used the 30-pin connector and it is still wrapped in plastic. There is not a single dead and/or stuck pixel on the screen and the battery has only been through about 30 cycles so it is still very healthy.

Not to be a jackass, but people here are knowledgeable so know the iPad2 will price drop. Why not sell @ around $50-100 less as that will probably be where it will eventually come to?

Uhm, even if it were to drop another $50, which it already has (bringing it from $830 to $780) , that would leave it at $730, I am selling mine for $650 with two cases and the HDMI adapter.

I'm trying to remember from yesterday the thread about value. Anyway, looking at eBay.com search results:

Which is what I meant; people here aren't going to pay max used price now that iPad3 is (almost certainly) going to be announced in 1 week's time, which should drop the price of the iPad2, no?
At the end of the day people here would only be saving ~$30 when they know iPad3 is due out soon...

Which version do you have? I just sold my 64GB 3G iPad 2 for $650 on eBay.

And looking at eBay that seems to be a reasonable asking price, particularly with the extras. Plus, that is why I am selling it now, rather than waiting. Thanks for your 2 cents though.
