May I ask where you're from, or live? I find it hard to believe that a guy with your flawless English is from France, and to top it off actually knows what Ron Paul stands for..

Honestly, if this is the Tech5 engine, then it could have potential. Sure Rage did not meet expectations, but that was primarily because of poor texture quality and the story elements, not because of a flaw in the engine itself.

As long as they learned their lesson from the complaints people had with previous games, this could be a game to own.

Poor texture quality *and* no dynamic lighting. Took me a long time to figure out what was "off" with Rage except the texture res and the answer is... lighting.

You just can't ship a AAA-game in 2012 with static pre-baked lighting & shadows only...

Not to mention the world had next to no physics. See a can somewhere? Try shooting it and it will stick to the ground like some omnipotent force was holding it in place.

I was just thinking the same thing after his post. But as before, I believe these elements were not due to fault of the engine, but because of lowering the quality to fit consoles. I'm sure these issues can be corrected with minimal modifications to the engine.
