Oh and for those of you wondering, this is indeed a Beta release of Windows 8.

When Windows 7 Beta arrived it was just plain fantastic!

So I'm installing it on my other PC, which I use as a Media center on my TV.

AMD Radeon 5870, Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600, 8GB DDR2 RAM, EVGA 680 Socket 775 board, 150GB WD Raptor, various Terabyte hard drives, SoundBlaster x-Fi.

I'll let you guys know how it goes.

**update: It took a bit of hunting but I found the Feb 29 release of AMD Radeon HD drivers for Windows 8 Consumer Preview here:

It's very responsive and fast, boots faster as well.

Compatibility with software and hardware should be 100%, anything which works on windows 7 should work with it.

The only problem I found is that Ati don't have a catalyst control centre for it yet, just a driver.

I reverted back to my win 7 image but will install it later with the driver in terranova's link.
