Removing yougamers from FM URL

It was for a little while, but I traded some hockey tickets for it and a few other sites to be allowed. I am merely just a champion for what is good and just here on FutureMark.

This is horribly short-sighted. How is opening up your site to larger traffic with very minor changes a bad thing? The fact that no FM people have responded gives off a very poor vibe, it also may explain the current state of their business. Listen to the community we are right.

Of course there is no response from FM. They wonder why their forum traffic is down and their products fizzle.

I would totally be in favor of changing the "yougamers" to a simple "yg" in the URL. This would help increase traffic and keep the Yougamers reference in the URL.

However, I think they addressed this back when the change was first made and I doubt it's going anywhere.
