No we can't, its a vBulletin bug in this release.

Yea it is a new setting they added to vB in this build that allows you to set the icon preview size. It is meant to keep the smiley box from looking like an ape jumped up and down on it..

I assume you will be upgrading then?

Eventually, but it isn't quite as trivial as installing a Windows patch. Each version can have it's own quirks, some bits need to be manually fixed and everything has to be tested before messing with the live server.

..and as far as bugs go, it is very minor.
