    PPU Disabled vs Enabled scores

Hello, everyone - just joined the forum.

I'm not finding an answer to a question I have - do scores typically improve by unchecking the PPU disabled box?

I ask because while I do own 3DMark 11 Advanced, I don't own Vantage Advanced.

If enabling the PPU tends to improve the score, I'd like to buy this week's promo of Unstoppable Gorg & get the free Vantage Advanced deal... money's a bit tight after the holidays!

    :wink-new:

P.S. I have an i7-920 & SLI'd GTX580 cards. Detailed specs in profile, of course.

It changes the score (makes it bigger). It also makes the score valid for comparisons only with other NVIDIA cards with the same setting.
