With the Touchpad scored 31fps. I'm sure this could be higher with me on cm9.
Apparently the 225 is more or less just overclocked. 266MHz vs 400MHz.
Also going from single to dual channel memory.

Still not bad for 1024x768 resolution though.
But yep, first wave of Qualcomm Krait will mainly be about showcasing the CPU power rather than huge jumps on the GPU, but an Adreno 220/225 isn't exactly slow at the moment, it'll handle all the current games out there with ease.

The CPU initially looks good. But when you compare it to the iPhone4s it still looks good, but then I have to remember that the 4s is clocked 700MHz lower. Once we get some better clock for clock comparisons compared to Apples A5, we can see how good this thing really is.
Im curious to see how this will compared to ARM A15, Apple A5 and the Tegra 3.
The GPU is very sweet. I am wondering though if it is bandwidth starved dieing at 720p off-screen. I hope that it doesn't do that for tablets and cell phones with high resolution. Though the other benchmarks were at 600p, so maybe just a glitch, hopefully. The 4S actually did better offscreen.
Hopefully we start seeing devices with the S4 very soon.

Yep, Krait CPU pretty much blows away any other ARM CPU, inc Quad Core Tegra 3, but the GPU is only a slight improvement overall to what we have at the moment it seems.
Still pretty awesome though, A15 based SoC's are not due out until later on this year, so it's going to be the one to beat for a while yet I reckon, and Krait should still be faster clock-for-clock than an A15 also, only a quad core A15 (Tegra 4?) would probably beat it overall.
Adreno 300 series should be arriving in the second half of this year, the same with the Cortex A15 competition.
Quad Cores and 2.5GHz are possibilities as well it seems for the S4 this year.
Well a head of the competition. Going to be very interesting to see what hardware the iPad 3 has.
