    Your mobile benchmarks!

GLBenchmark 2.1 is a free app on the Android Market. Figured lets have some tablet and smartphone Benchmarks!

    HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE
    HP Touchpad (Snapdragon APQ8060 @ 1.2GHz w/ Adreno 220 @ resolution of 1024x768)
    CM7 Gingerbread 2.3.7

    TESTS
    Egypt Standard = 22.4fps
    Egypt High = 12.9fps
    Pro Standard = 45.1fps
    Pro High = 27.9fps

I clocked the CPU to 1.7GHz and it made no difference. If I find a good GPU overclocking tool, I'd overclock and do some runs.

Dolphin HD browser v7.3 running Peacemaker
    1.2GHz = 262
    1.7GHz = 354
    1/7 HTML5 tests supported

Any other benchmarks we can run that are free?

    Re: Your mobile benchmarks!

GL Benchmark 2.1 doesn't seem to run for me on my Asus TF Prime w/ICS 4.0.3, but I can offer an Antutu and an Electopia bench (both free) :-

    (Updated) Antutu: 11225

    Electopia (WXGA): 54.79fps

Sweet, I'll run those a little later. Wife is using the Pad atm.

What app would I want to get to get a picture of the screen like that?

Asus Prime, that has the Tegra 3 in it doesn't it?

Depends on the phone and OS and if you are rooted or not, some phones have a button combo (like power + volume down on my Nexus S) , and AFAIK ICS enables it on anything. If you are rooted there are quite a few screenshot apps on the market, and some might not even need root.

Yep, TF Prime has a Tegra 3 :tranquillity:

    Re: Your mobile benchmarks!

    I have gingerbread and rooted.

I will try out that button combo though. Hope it works. :-)

Do you know if that AnTuTu program scales to 4 cores?

I'm not sure if it scales properly to all four cores (need to enable the CPU monitor in the dev settings to check), but it definitely seems to scale with at least two.

    Re: Your mobile benchmarks!

    Galaxy Nexus 4.0.1 stock.
    My resolution is 1194x720...

    Still decent scores.
    Egypt standard 24
    Egypt high 20.1
Pro std 41.4 (with a lot of "vsync on" warning)
    Pro high 22.4

    Antutu score: 4851
I lose by 2 times (avg) to powerarmour in those test. But I win 2d and 3d tests....
Tegra 3 doesn't have too powerful gpu...

What is your Native Memory Write? (mine is 1280) Because that Disk Write is insane compared to mine! Yours is 268 and mine is 5. Five! :crushed:

How does Native Memory write differs to Disk Write. NM is built in memory and DW is CF card? But this thing doesn't have a slot for CF card...

What I have noticed in those test compared to mine is that GPU is slightly slower in custom ROM. But then again you can overclock it with custom ROM.

It depends on what you are running tbh, in older apps it can look weak, but in more shader heavy apps it's actually pretty powerful, it does quite well in Electopia for example where it's faster than Mali-400.
