IT Consultant, 15-Present...
This Friday, I'll have been in IT for 16 years! [shocked]
Got everything on a silver platter.
I worked on construction sites when I was 16 and 17 during the summer holidays. I got about 10DM per hour (about 6USD) but since it was illegal employment it was all tax free. Sometimes I got 2.000DM in a month which was a huge amount of money for a 16 year old kid.
Spent it all on stupid things (beer, bought stuff for girls, and drugs and PC games) and was broke again at the end of the summer.
Great days.
mowed some lawns, worked construction clean up under the table, and sold candy at school, lol...that net'd me about $800-$100 a week one year in hi school, opening up shop, till the principal walked out of the bathroom and caught me one day. paid for my sega genesis games at the time.
