There is something buggy about the world art/content on Taris that causes even very high end PCs to lag and stutter and, I understand, bit lesser specced machines to hang.
I started on Taris last night and played a few hours without any issues. Using ATI 12.1 Preview drivers if that helps.

Taris is fixed now, there was a patch during the night.
Its antivirus related, if i leave on the antivirus it locks out.
