Wierd (as always) issue with Web pages on PC

I've seen this kind of behavior too on PCs that are infected with a rootkit. Have you run combofix? I just cleaned up a PC last night that wouldn't get an address from DHCP, but setting static worked fine. Rootkit was the cause.

Is it wired or wireless? Have you updated the drivers ( uninstall and delete current ones first )
