Pretty sure.
Bench @ 620/1700 was around 7200 in 05
Bench @ 645/1930 was around 7200 in 05.

But I have the evga 7600gt co as well.

There was an option in RivaTuner to disable the throttling, but it doesn't support 7xxx cards last I checked. Maybe if you wait for support then you can push your card a bit further

interesting everyone seems to be having throttling problems with the 7600GT's form evga specially if they are the CO editions. i have the same card and it gets quite hot but never seems to throttle on me?

What program are you using to O/C, my EVGA CO will not even go up 5mhz on core or memory in 3dmark
