Should Futuermark bring back IRC chat?

Or if just one shoutbox appeared on every forum page, so someone in GD could talk to someone in the Display Adapters forum.

This needs to be done. Sometimes I'll have a question that the shoutbox can answer but I'll want to surf other forums and search for the answer too. If you go into a forum, however, the shoutbox doesn't show up (only shows on the forum index page).

Why not open up two tabs? I mean if they put the shoutbox at the top of every page you would still not see it because you are scrolling through looking at posts.
