I've voted no, I think people would use that and the Shoutbox, and they would be ghost towns. It was cool in it's time, but I don't see it working again. That time was a different era for the interwebs.
Maybe if each division of boards had its own shoutbox.

Yea they Def should. The shoutbox isnt the same. I used to go there alot in the past.
