I'm loving this game so much. As a WoW veteran it's nice to finally play something else after all these years that I am finding to be even more fun.
When I say "even more fun" it's the leveling process I'm talking about. I'm not talking about an endgame or potential endgame, that is up to BioWare to deliver. At this moment in time I have no intention of pursuing an endgame career like I did in World of Warcraft. I think my days of hardcore MMORPG raiding are over.
Naxxramas, Ahn'Qiraj, Blackwing Lair, Molten Core, Serpentshrine, Tempest Keep, Black Temple, Mount Hyjal, Sunwell Plateau, new Naxxramas, Ulduar, and Trial of the Champion all helped to solidify that stance.
That said, there will be nothing as good as classic 40-man raiding.
The Knights of the Old Republic style voice acting & cutscenes are just what I've been waiting for after all these years after KOTOR2.
I like it how you can level up without doing Heroic or Group quests, just like Classic World of Warcraft allowed you to do.
I am very annoyed with mounts and being "dazed" when flying by mobs, they seem to have nearly a 100% chance to stop you from going past them, even if they are a lower level.
I reached level 36 last night, I am on Chapter 2 of the storyline, things are heating up. I find that the choices I am making as a Light Side Empire Player (is there such a thing?) are becoming more difficult to defend. Some of these Sith I work for are really twisted in the head, but plenty of the Empire NPC's are level headed and sort of like the Admirals and Captains we see in the movies.
Such a nice breath of fresh air. My activity on the forum has gone to near zero thanks to this game, just like WoW did back in January 2005. Lets see where BioWare can take us next with the recent announcement of level 50 content coming soon.

Now im no star wars fan so maybe thats the problem but when the "voice acting" is not in english it irritates the **** out of me. and holy f*** is there a lot of non english voice acting[cursing][cursing][cursing][cursing][cursing] bing bong bang ding ding dooong flak pooooooooey chinka chonka bang bang tango mango bango, at first it was a little funny as it seems there are some choice insults disguised in the dialogue but a lot of it i find unbelievably annoying
So whenever theres a quest that involves talking to someone who doesnt speak english, well, lets just say i dont have a clue what the quest is about until im actually right at the blinking location on my minimap wondering what the hell im supposed to be doing here. so i end up reading my quest log a lot. more time spent reading, listening than actually playing. I never had a problem with the age old, grab as many quests as possible in the least amount of time and read the objectives while you're on route to your quest. It suits the type of game it is.
And lastly the other thing that gets to me is when some npc's speak english to non english speaking npcs and english speakers speak english to non english speaking npcs, so you end up with voiced english in some parts of the conversation and then for others you're reading subtitles while having to endure irritating sounds
Game is fun at times and it is polished as they say but damn diddly pinka pookie chookie dookie bang pinga ponka wango it does leave a bit to be desired and not just with the voice acting.
The quests can be in all English and I still can't remember what I need to do after picking up a few more.
I skip over the alien dialogue sometimes. It doesn't actually annoy me, but I usually finish reading the subtitles before they finish talking... and sometimes it sits there for a few seconds even after the voice part is over.

Eh... if something better comes along, I'll be psyched, but for now I'm just trying to enjoy what we have.
