    Gainward Overclocking Contest 2011

    Hey,

We have another contest lined up for you with sponsors Gainward, Thortech (GeIL), RunCore and Enermax.

This contest has three different ways to win prizes.

First up is the "How fast can you go?" -segment which is a single-GPU only overclocking contest with 3DMark 11 Performance preset open to all users with Gainward-brand hardware.

All usual rules apply, in addition to be eligible for prizes your 3dmark.com account must have a username set, so if you haven't picked a username yet, make sure you set one in the profile settings.

The second segment "Can you hit the Phantom 560/570/580?" offers all 3DMark 11 users a chance to win Gainward's premium "Phantom"-series VGA's in a fun precision OC contest.

Each week we're giving away one of these great pieces of hardware, randomly drawn among all users who hit the weekly score target.

In week 1, the prize is a Gainward GeForce GTX 560 "Phantom" card and the target is to submit a score ending in the numbers 560, so for example P5560, E2560 or X2560 would all be qualifying submits.

Week 2 offers a Gainward GeForce GTX 570 "Phantom" prize with the target being 570, week 3 has a Gainward GeForce GTX 580 "Phantom" with a 580 target and week 4 has another Gainward GeForce GTX 560 "Phantom" with the target being 560 again.

For this segment, all scores should be run during the contest week, so to participate in week 4 you'll need to run another 560-score instead of submitting your week 1 score again.

The third segment is a special lucky draw for all 3DMark 11 users with GeIL brand memory. All registered users who submit 3DMark 11 scores with GeIL brand memory will automatically take part in this segment. To double your chances to win, share your result on Facebook using our new "Share this result" -function. All results shared on Facebook have two chances to win.

Run 3DMark 11, submit score to 3DMark.com online service, ensure it was run with approved drivers and meet the other requirements listed in the rules and the score should (with short delay) appear on the contest toplists.

    Ahm!!
I read a rule said "This segment has no hardware brand requirements" Is this mean I can use a card like MSI 460 GTX ?? and participate in the second segment only ?? or I must have gainward 5xx card ???

The few latest drivers from Nvidia is not certified yet. Pretty hard to participate when the latest certified driver is not even close to my WHQL-version.
