Sometimes indie game developers just go and make a game they want to play, even if the genre is old and nobody thinks it would sell today. Space Pirates and Zombies is one of those games. Top-down, 2D space combat with RPG elements and exploration. Not a three-dimensional object in sight. I like the concept, but I am an old geezer that grew up playing games like Star Control.
