Re ^^^ There should be a work policy regarding internet use - either there isn't and needs to be, or there is and you're abusing it - in his opinion.
Bottom line is - either find a new job or do what the employer is paying you to do.
i've worked places with micro-managing owners/bosses and they would usually interfer with my actual work, adding delays (which I usually had no time for) while I explain things in simple enough terms and they'd screw up work shedules which I'd planned with my immediate boss and those who would be using the equipment/plant (in several cases meaning 8-10 man crews standing around on site with nothing to do) - I don't shag around, certainly not on the 'net, on someone else's dollar!

I just realized I never came back and updated this thread lol...
Almost 2 years later the outcome was this - I swapped the passwords for money. He fought my unemployment for 4 months so I went through a very bad financial situation being that I owned a home, car, family etc. Couldnt find a job for 10 months because he bad mouthed me throughout my entire industry. (The bodybuilding supplement industry is very small)
My home/car were both mysteriously vandalized multiple times in Royal Oak (a pretty nice area of Michigan), prank phone calls to myself and my brother constantly. Bad mouthed to all customers that knew me as a stand up guy.
This guy is a complete psycho. The business is called Edge Nutrition - its a supplement company in Madison Heights MI.
That's right down the road from me... like two blocks....that's creepy!
He has screwed many people since. People that still work there hate it, the owner has sexually harrassed the girls that work there repeatedly but he scared them out of going to the authorities. Needless to say I tell everyone to steer clear of that place.
I also live near there, around 16 and rochester, small world lol
Yeah it is. That store near it called G.A. FUCHS (bible store) makes me lol every time I see it.
OMG LOL - I know right? Who thought that naming a bible store GA FUCHS would be appropriate...
