Employer spy software...question for personal protection

Ya, I have a lot of things in the works, he just shorted my brother on his last check after firing him by a few hundred, when he asked him why it was short he replied in a text message "because thats all your worth"...

Stay tuned. I will be keeping you posted on things as they progress. I have lawyered up and I am contacting EVERY dept and sanction related to employment, taxes and our industry on a state and federal level. This guy gave me too much time on my hands to not take care of this. I want to make sure that he learns how he needs to treat employees moving forward.

Wow. I was literally in shock when I read your post regarding your situation with that employer before.

That was really tough. You were like inside the Big Brother house.. probably even tougher.

As far as I can remember with work, the closest I got to being monitored was through this tracking software installed on my computer. The good thing about that was I was just working on my own computer at home. Everything was made clear the moment I started working for that certain employer though. So, I had really no problems with it.

Any updates on this issue at the moment? Did you reveal the details already?
